Right of Withdrawal / Refund
In accordance with Section 29 (1)(c) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As all ActionDoll products are individually customised based on customer-provided information, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
Warranty and Defective Performance
If a product has a manufacturing defect, you may request repair or replacement, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Any defect must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the product by contacting us at info@actiondoll.eu.
Please include a description of the issue and, if possible, supporting photos to help us assess the problem quickly.
