❓ What is ActionDoll?

ActionDoll creates custom-made, hand-painted action figures based on you or your loved ones.
Each figure is 3D printed, carefully finished by hand, and delivered in premium collector-style blister packaging.

❓ How is my ActionDoll made?

Your figure is created using a combination of technology and craftsmanship:

• We generate a custom 3D model based on your uploaded photo
• The figure is 3D printed in our workshop in Budapest
• Every piece is individually hand-painted
• The packaging is custom-designed with printed backing and blister

No two ActionDolls are ever the same.

❓ What kind of photo should I upload?

The better the photo, the better the result.

We recommend:

• A clear, front-facing portrait or full-body photo
• Good lighting and sharp focus
• A natural or characteristic facial expression

If you have a specific outfit or accessory in mind, you can let us know during ordering.

❓ What size is the figure?

Most figures are made in 1:12 scale, which is approximately 14–15 cm tall — a classic size for collectible action figures.

❓ What accessories can be added?

Accessories are fully customisable. Popular examples include:

• Bags, sunglasses, watches, phones or laptops
• Vehicles or vehicle models
• Pets
• Tools, books, microphones, DJ equipment and more

If you’re unsure, you can also leave the choice to us.

❓ How long does production take?

Production usually takes 10–14 working days, as each figure is individually made and hand-finished.

During peak periods (such as holidays), production times may be slightly longer.

❓ How much does an ActionDoll cost?

Current prices are always shown on the product pages.

The price includes:

• Custom 3D modelling
• 3D printing and hand painting
• Selected accessories
• Premium blister packaging

There are no hidden fees.

❓ What payment methods are available?

We accept secure card payments through Shopify Payments, allowing fast and reliable checkout with immediate confirmation.

❓ Is cash on delivery available?

No. All ActionDoll figures are made to order, so production begins only after payment has been received.

❓ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are clearly displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping, and every package includes a tracking number.

❓ What if I’m not satisfied with my figure?

Because each ActionDoll is fully personalised, orders are non-refundable once production has started.

However, quality is extremely important to us. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will of course repair or replace the product in accordance with our policies.
